Multiple projects throughout Arizona, Nevada and Texas - Projects consisted of compressed air systems, lube pits, lube piping systems, sand/ oil separator, and office/ waiting area. Performed approximately 25 projects 

Smoki Museum Renovation  

Prescott, Arizona - Work included renovation of 2 buildings of approximately 8500 SF to include protection of antiquities. Provide complete mechanical and plumbing engineering services. 

Pleasant Harbor

Lake Pleasant, Arizona - Project consists of large scale mobile home resort type living, including 8,000 SF clubhouse (dancing, office, snack bar), 3000 SF restroom facility, 2500 SF sales center, gate houses, etc. 

Sun City Auto Repair

Sun City, Arizona - Project consisted of a renovation of a lumber store to a complete auto repair and maintenance facility consisting of paint booths, welding areas, lube pits, compressed air systems, etc. 

Fletchers Tire and Auto

Multiple projects throughout Arizona - Projects consisted of compressed air systems, lube pits, lube piping systems, sand/ oil separator, and office/ waiting area. Performed approximately 20 projects in state.
